Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

DJ Lagway has inspired him with his unmatched work ethic, leadership, and resilience. He has helped mentor me on and off the field over the last few years. On the field, his excellence sets a standard of greatness. Off the field, he exemplifies humility, discipline, and the importance of character with his faith. His ability to overcome challenges and uplift those around him motivates me to push myself beyond limits, showing that success is built on both talent and integrity.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Two years ago, he had an elbow injury at the growth plate from pitching that required surgery, a setback that could’ve ended his athletic dreams. But through hard work, determination, and countless hours of rehab, he fought his way back. Today, he’s recognized as one of the top 2028 quarterback prospects, proving that resilience, perseverance, and dedication can turn challenges into triumphs. His journey has been a testament to never giving up, no matter the obstacles.
