What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Hayden loves the drive and fire he and his teammates bring to each and every game. He loves playing the sport his dad played in school. He strives to be better each and every time he is on the field. When not on the field Hayden also works at The Dugout which is a Baseball training Facility. He loves his job. He also helps the owner of the facility with Baseball Camps for younger kids. They all love "Coach Hayden". When I say his heart is in it- A truer statement has never been made.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His biggest inspiration is his Dad. He says his Dad is his Hero and helps him become a better player as they train a lot. His Dad works with him just about every single day. Both his Parents fully support his Baseball journey. When he hit his first home run, he ran to his dad because he knew he had made him proud. It really inspires him to work hard and keep getting better everyday.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I can't pick "one" moment there are so many. I have watched Hayden play ball since he was 5 years old. He will be 16 in December and he still amazes me. From School Ball to travel Ball in spring and Fall. When coaches from other teams call his dad asking him to guest play for their team, to me that means he is being noticed. He plays a lot of positions but mainly Catcher and for a while now he has been pitching. Last weeks game he struck out 6 in four innings. Yes, we are all very proud.
