He explains that the work in preparing for the game is the best part. He embraces the preparation for the games as much as the performance. He says he understands that pushing yourself in practice and fighting through the mentally tough times makes game days easier.
I would say I like to emulate athletes on the field that dominate their game like a Josh Allen or Paul Skenes. But off the field I am inspired by my parents who both coach. They have never treated me special but rather breathed confidence into my game. Their daily work ethic has been something I admire most because while they coach others kids they have never made me feel less but rather brought me into their world and allowed me to choose who I wanted to be without hesitation I am blessed!
In their journey this year it has been amazing to watch the full body of work. He grew 8 inches in a span of 6 months and to see him work through the awkward times and continue to grow has been inspiring. I tell him my favorite days are the days he is struggling because I love to see how he perseveres. His work , and faith are truly inspiring, he make people better!
