Receive Text UpdatesHolden loves Taekwondo because it helps him grow stronger in both body and mind. He values the discipline, focus, and respect it teaches while working hard to improve his skills. He enjoys the challenge of mastering forms, sparring, and earning new belts. Most of all, he loves the confidence Taekwondo gives him and the supportive community that motivates him to keep striving to be his best.
My dad and my Taekwondo coach inspire me every day. They’ve both been through life-changing challenges and never gave up. Seeing their strength and determination motivates me to push harder, stay focused, and carry those same values with me on and off the mats.
One of my proudest moments as a parent was watching my son lose a match he should have won. Instead of making excuses, he stood tall, hugged his opponent, congratulated him, and said he needed to work harder. His maturity, humility, and sportsmanship made me prouder than any victory.
