You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
Hudson has been swimming since 6 years old. He swims 6 days a week and has a passion for the Olympics and World Championships. He knows all stats and times. He wakes up every day at 530 to swim during the summer. The friendships he has made will be lifelong and the grit of the grind is inspirational.
Caleb Dressel and Gretchen Walsh inspire him in the pool. So many sports are on land but swimming is beyond humbling and often overlooked. Gretchen and Caleb are hardworking, intelligent, and demonstrates perseverance.
Hudson didn’t hit puberty until he was 16. He went 7 years without a state cut and he finally got one this year. He raced men in a boys body. The fact that he stuck with the sport and now has had major gains is true determination.
