The competition, the structure, the focus and the drive it takes to compete. Isaiah has an overall passion for sports and athletics. He loves being part of a team, it’s “family”…that’s what these kids become.
Isaiah is inspired, first and foremost, by God and his faith. He’s an old soul who loves his family and friends. His familial inspirations have been his grandfather (one of his biggest supporters before his recent passing) and myself, his mom…his biggest fan. His celebrity inspos are typically athletes—#1 being Steph Curry and Barry Sanders a close second. He lives and breathes this stuff so he can go on and on about athletes, their story, their stats, etc,
When he injured himself. He broke a bone in his ankle in the 2nd game of one of his recent basketball seasons and he never waivered. He still showed up to every practice, he dressed for every game and he continues on because he is a part of, no matter what. He has won awards for that. For showing up despite injury or odds, for being a leader & for always helping out the coaches and players with anything they need. He is so coachable and athletic, yes,but his character is his greatest attribute.
