What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He loves to run the bases, also loves to hit home runs. He loves that his team becomes like a family of best friends, and there is always room to grow and improve. He also loves all bats, and different gloves. Also loves to wear the number and name, to motivate and encourage his teammates.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

First my mom she’s the reason I’m able to have what I need, she’s why I get to play what I love and works a lot of hours for my siblings and I. She believes in me. Then my cousin Ashley she just loves me and thinks I’m the best, she helps and teaches me movements. She’s easy to talk to and she’s always there, and she believes in me. Then there’s Nick he pushes me to play sports, he’s there to take me to games. He try's to motivate and help me, he wants me to do my best. He believes in me.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

As a mother and only choosing one proud moment is almost impossible, he makes me proud everyday just to be his mother. To being his biggest fan in the stands, to wearing his number and name on my shirt. To seeing him walk out on the field, to hitting and running all the way a round to home base. To yelling that’s my boy, to watching him smile and being so supportive and encouraging to his teammates.
