He loves the respect and enthusiasm Muay has to offer to put on a show every fight and entertain the audience with his fast, technical and smart fight style. He started with karate becoming a 2x world champion at 8yrd old but found so much love in Muay Thai and since then he’s never looked back, now all he looks at are his trophies and accomplishments.
My parents always pushed me to go forward and they never let me quit but I was never inspired by anyone other than myself I chose this for me and I inspired myself to push and be the greatest version of me and that’s what I’m doing every single day at training, looking back at the younger me to see what would little me think of the current me. That’s why I also want to be better.
The moment where he won his second rising stars belt as the main event of the #1 promotion in the US. He was challenging a really good fighter Ezra Velazquez (a bronze medalist with international fight and over 20 fights) Ivan took his belt and made his work pay off that night. Ivan only has 10 fights and hasn’t lost in 2 years so to pick one moment is not easy but to look at him through all this time he was so proud and accomplished.
