One person that has inspired Ivory is Shaquille O’Neal. Ivory got the chance to meet “Shaq” and be apart of the unveiling of his 6th comeback court. He mentored the kids and gave them great advice to apply today and in the future. Ivory has also been inspired by his Football coach ( Coach Travis ) as well as his basketball coach ( Coach G ) learning not only about the sports he plays but how to respect everyone around you and strive for greatness in not only sports but school and everyday life.
Ivory was selected to stand along side NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal and Dallas Wings guard Arike Ogunbowale in their efforts to support Rockwall, Tx and open Shaq’s 6th comeback court. He not only got to meet some of his Basketball idols but he learned alot of advice that will help him not only on the court but as he grows and can apply it in his everyday life.
