The thrill of competition really fuels my game and skills. I really enjoy pitching because I like being in control of the game and trying to strike people out. I also love being a catcher and helping my team by blocking balls and throwing runners out. Baseball is awesome because there’s always something happening.
One person who really inspires me is my dad. He has been my coach in baseball for 2 years and football for 3. He is supportive and makes me want to try my best. He is always ready and willing to help me practice. I've learned to never give up, even when things don’t go my way from the way my dad supports me.
This entire season has been full of proud moments. I will always commend Izaac on his teamwork and ability to spread his positivity and never give up attitude to the team no matter how the game is going.
