What Ja’hari loves most about playing football is the feeling he gets when on the field—like nothing else matters except the game. He loves running with the ball, scoring touchdowns, and hearing everyone cheer. It makes him feel proud and strong. He also really likes being part of a team, because they work so.hard together and never give up, even if they are losing. Football teaches him how to keep going, have fun, and believe in hisself
On the field, Jaylen Waddle inspires him because he plays with so much heart and always works hard while staying kind. Off the field, his parents and coaches inspire him. They work nonstop but always make time to help him get better at anything he do. His parents always remind him that anything he touched will be greatness, no matter what it is. That pushes him to keep going and give his best every single day.
One moment in Jahari’s athletic journey that makes me proud is seeing his growth and determination. He’s shown true leadership and great sportsmanship, and watching him nurture those qualities has been incredible. What makes me even prouder is how he brings that same attitude into school. He’s using football as a tool to grow not just as an athlete, but as a person—and that shows the kind of young man he’s becoming.
