Receive Text UpdatesThe friends he meets along the way. Jacob has made so many friends over the years and loves to see them at all of his track meets and football games. We watch Jacob high-fiving all the other runners or players before races and encouraging them to do well. Then congratulating them all after regardless of who won.
Jacobs strong relationship with God inspires him to always want to do his best. God inspires him because he is always there for him protecting and guiding him. Through God Jacob can do anything. Jacob’s Dad inspires him by always being there for him teaching and in encouraging him in more than just sports but in life.
His first year trying to qualify for JR Olympics he had to make top 5 at a regional qualifier. He was an underdog to make it at all but somehow set a new personal record shocking everyone taking the 5th spot. We were literally shaking! This year he qualified at the top for all 3 of his events but the proudest moment was definitely him digging deep as the underdog.
