On the field, Jairo’s biggest inspiration is Xavier Worthy,his number one all-star and idol. He looks up to the way Xavier plays with heart, speed, and determination, and dreams of following in his footsteps. Off the field, Jairo finds inspiration from his family, who remind him to stay humble, work hard, and never give up on his goals. Whether it’s watching Xavier make big plays or learning life lessons from those closest to him, Jairo stays motivated to keep pushing forward, chasing his dreams

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the proudest moments for me as Jairo’s mom was watching him step up as a leader on his team, not just with his talent, but with his heart. Whether he’s encouraging his teammates after a tough game or giving his all at practice, seeing him lead with kindness, dedication, and determination makes me proud every single time. It’s not just about the wins, it’s about the young man he’s becoming through this journey.
