What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about playing baseball is how fun it is and how it makes me feel every time I’m on the field. It’s not just about hitting the ball or catching it it’s everything that happens before, during, and after the game that makes baseball so awesome to me. First, I really like the challenge of baseball. It’s a tricky sport, and there’s always something new to learn. Baseball is also a game of failure even the best players don’t get a hit, it helps me get better, be part of a team.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

I’m inspired by my teammates because we push each other to work harder and never give up. My dad inspires me with his support and belief in me, always cheering me on. My coach teaches me new skills and how to stay focused, even when things get tough. And my mom inspires me by showing how to be kind, patient, and balanced both on and off the field. Together, they help me become a better player and person every day.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

There was a time when I was in a slump and it was really frustrating, but I didn’t give up. I kept practicing, listened to my coach, and stayed positive. Slowly, I started hitting better again. Getting through that slump taught me that even when things get tough, if you keep working hard and believe in yourself, you can come back stronger.
