My parents and Uncle Keith. My mom and dad work hard every day to ensure me and my brother have what we need to succeed. My Uncle Keith introduced me to the game of lacrosse at the age of 5, and I’ve been playing ever since. He believed in me then and still believes in me now. He takes me to lax tournaments early to get me relaxed and work with me and my big cousin K. He’s a teacher, basketball and lacrosse coach, and helps run a summer camp for kids each year. He inspires me to be better.
My football team going undefeated during the regular season. It was great being coached by three individuals, including my dad, and he pushed me to be the best quarterback I could be. The team improved so much over the previous year and I don’t think anyone thought we’d go undefeated. We didn’t win the chip but as one of my coaches said, we united the community and it’s only the beginning for us!!
