It sets him free from the struggles in life, he works so hard with everything he does. He loves the art, the competition, the hard work. He just eats sleeps and breathes sports
My son is inspired by me, he says it all the time. I have been a single mother since the day he was born when I was 18. We have grown up together, he watches me work hard so he can have anything he needs when it comes to sports. He knows working hard pays off, and when you are a good person the universe provides you with blessings. He has learned no matter what life throws at you to never give up. I always say I would never give up on life’s challenges because life would be boring without them.
100% when he started wrestling, he had never done it before. He was amazing from day 1 he didn’t know much but he kept learning and learning. Through out his wrestling season he was also playing basketball full time. He would come home so tired, but never gave up. He ended his wrestling season with 19wins and 9 losses and made it to STATES! As a first time wrestler ever I was amazed at his dedication. He didn’t place at states but he did win a match. He gave everything and I will always be proud
