The person who inspires me on the ice is Brandon Hagel. Looking at his career he could’ve easily hung up his skates and called it quits but how he pushed through his struggles inspires me to do the same.
He started in house league and has worked incredibly hard to make it to AAA hockey. This season, he led his team with the most points, and watching how far he’s come has been one of my proudest moments as a mom.
