Jaxon loves the competition of the game. He loves that in order to have a chance tinwin, you have to risk losing. Each individual play, inning, every pitch, every swing. He also thoroughly enjoys being the underdog. He has been the smalles kid in every field he has ever played on since he was 3 years old. His competitiveness is noticed by all and matched by none. Every coach and every umpire has said "That kid right there is special. That kid's a dawg."
Jaxon is inspired by his dad who has been playing catch with him since before he could walk. His dad has instilled in him that games are meant to be played. And if you’re going to play, play to win. Jaxon has a strong relationship with God and gives his worries to him.
The one moment that sticks out was when he threw out a kid trying to steal 3rd and he was so pumped to get the out that he had his coach just as pumped along with him. To watch Jaxon grow the bond with his coach through competition was amazing.
