What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What they love most is the pure competition—the challenge of going head-to-head with someone who wants to win just as badly as they do. It’s not just about scoring or stats; it’s about testing their limits, rising to the moment, and proving what they’re made of. The intensity, the strategy, and the thrill of battling it out on the court or field—that’s what drives them. They live for those moments when the game is on the line and everything comes down to who wants it more.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He’s inspired by athletes of all kinds—male or female—and truly appreciates the skill and dedication of veteran players. He loves studying the game and learning from those who came before him. Their experience, discipline, and passion for the sport fuel his own drive to improve and compete. Learning from past players inspires him the most.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the proudest moments was when he competed in the AAU Championship game in Orlando at ESPN Wide World of Sports at Disney. We had to play that game with only five players, as several teammates were missing. Despite the challenge, we won! Watching him stay composed and not feel defeated—even while facing a full team with a complete bench—proved that he thrives under pressure. That was a big stage to compete on, and he rose to the occasion with just five players on the court.
