Jayce Love values the strong brotherhood that comes with being on a team—working hard, helping others grow, and building lasting bonds. He’s especially passionate about giving back to the community, knowing how much support the team receives in return. Jayce actively participates in community service, including volunteering at youth sports programs, local food drives, school events.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Jayce is inspired by Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, both on and off the field. Allen’s leadership, toughness, and commitment to his team motivate Jayce to wear number 17 in football. Beyond the game, Jayce admires how Allen gives back to the community and works to uplift others—a quality Jayce strives to follow in his own journey.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

At just nine years old, Jayce makes us proud with his humility, kindness, and maturity beyond his years. A straight-A student, he takes full responsibility for his actions and always strives to do his best. On and off the field, he leads by example, ensuring no friend or teammate is left behind. Jayce’s unwavering spirit, generosity, and positive attitude make him a true role model. His heart shines brightly, lifting everyone around him, and he’s a true example of leadership at any age.
