The thing he loves most about the sport is the camaraderie with his teammates. He is the leader amongst his teammates. He loves to help them out anyway possible to help them achieve the wins.
His father inspires him the most. He sees him going out of his way and sacrificing to get him to practices and get him the things he needs. Pushing and coaching him to be better to reach his dreams and goals. His father has always taught Jayden to never give up on his team and to always put the team first before his self.
The moment that made me the proudest was when the team was down, he hit a solo home run. Instead of celebrating the home run he told his team to not worry about the home run he just hit but we all need to hit and do the same. Then proceeded to give his teammates tips to and as much help possible to get them hitting and scoring runs. This is when I knew he was trying to be selfless and lead the team.
