My son knows that in order to be great u must put in work outside of practice and he does. He also encourages his teammates to b great!

He loves seeing the progress he makes within himself with each workout/training/game session He also enjoys playing his defense in a game as well as winning like any kid.
First and foremost his dad because he knows his potential and is always by his side reminding him that although he is playing basketball currently never forget he is more than a basketball player with wins or losses.. A second person of inspiration would have to be his current coach Lamont Smith from His current team (Lamont Smith Basketball Academy) Because he believes and sees what his potential could be as a basketball player and as a genuine human being….
I would have to say this last month when we lost 2 of his main players to other teams, he stepped up and even though they were loosing by more than they usually did like twice the amount he never gave up and umpired his other teammates to not give up and to hold their heads up high even though they lost every single game because he told them “we win as a team and loose as a team and if I gave it my all and so did you then we did all we could as a team and I’m proud of u guys…..
