Everything! So I asked him again, if he had to pick just one thing he loves most? Jaye told me that he can’t, he loves everything! Being part of a team and making friends. Just being on the field and the feeling it gives. Loves being up at bat, catching the ball because he plays center field and likes to pitch. Most of all he loves to steal bases and likes the challenge. Baseball is fun for him!
Ken Griffey Jr because it is his favorite player and because of his playing style on the field. Loves watching him up at bat and also his form. Dedicated to his sport and playing at the pro level. Seems like a good guy.
Watching him grow in the sport and hitting his first home run. Even when he broke his nose from a batted ball he never complained or shied away from it. He just worked harder and has kind of made that his mission to just keep getting better and hearing from coaches that he is a coachable kid makes me proud.
