He loves the competitiveness, the bond and the leadership skills that he’s learning through the sport. He thrives to be better then he was the day before and gives it his all every time he steps on the court. He loves watching his teammates excel just as much as he loves seeing himself excel.
One of his biggest motivations is his grandpas who both left this world 4yrs ago and 2 weeks apart. He continues to make them proud knowing that they are watching over him. Another motivation is his family that he loves and wants to help. Off the court his motivation is his friends that he goes to the gym with, plays the game with and talk about their future in basketball.
One of my proudest moments is when he wanted to give up, but chose to face the difficulties, move pass them and soar. Doing that he scored a career high of a 1000 points his Sophomore year. That night he gave all praises to GOD, his family, teammates and his grandpas.
