What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

For my son, baseball is more than just a game — it's a passion that lights him up from the inside out. He loves the feeling of stepping onto the field, glove in hand, ready for anything. Whether he's batting, catching, or sprinting for a base, every moment fills him with excitement and purpose. He thrives on the challenge, the teamwork, and the thrill of making a great play. But more than anything, he loves the joy of the game the friendships formed, the lessons learned, and the memories made.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Baseball means more to me than just playing a sport ,it’s a connection to my dad, who has been my biggest inspiration. As a military member, he’s taught me discipline, respect, and how to give my best in everything I do. On the field, he’s not just a coach but a role model, showing me how to play with heart, humility, and passion. He reminds me that being a great player starts with being a good person.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the proudest moments of my life was making the varsity baseball team this year as a sophomore and during my very first year in this country. It was a huge accomplishment that showed me how far I’ve come and how hard work truly pays off. I’ve also had the chance to prove myself on my travel team in Colorado, where I’ve shown my skills and earned a spot as one of the top players.
