What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Jeffrey loves competition and the character building that comes along with football. Not only do he excel in football but he's also building character and friendships through track and basketball for his high school.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His biggest inspiration is his older brother Jamar Bailey. Jamar relationship with God and who he follows the word of God inspire Jeffrey to be not just an athlete but a Christian Athlete with morals and goals

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that made the proudest is when Jeffrey accidentally injured a top quarterback of one of his high-school rivals. I've never seen him pray so harder for that kids recovery because he definitely wanted him to still be able to play at the next level.
