Join the CompetitionJennifer is 16 years old. She loves being able to support her team with her goalkeeping skills. Even if making an impossible save or an insane punt she always gives it 100% to help her team succeed and improve.
Her sister, Rebecca Brown. Ever since she was little, Jennifer has always loved watching her older sister play soccer. Her perseverance and leadership were something that Jennifer really admired. Rebecca was also the first person that helped her train to become a goalkeeper and improve to where she is today.
Jennifer has played soccer since she was 6 years old with this being her first year playing travel soccer. We watched Jennifer and her travel team play a weekend three-game tournament in the rain. Encountering this situation that most would not choose to be in, Jennifer dried her socks using my car’s heater. They won all 3 games and we drove over 100 miles back home that night. Seeing Jenny with all smiles made me very happy. Entering 11th grade, she’ll do her best as goalie or any position.
