Johnny loves getting dirty. He loves the grit of the game. If he gets a chance to dive, he takes it. If he can tackle harder, he does.
He is inspired by his dad! He watches his old films and wants to be just like him. They train together year round and it’s such a joy to see.
My proudest moment is when we were stranded in Texas and he was so upset he’d have to miss a game in Ohio. We drove him 23 hours to his games. He played his heart out. He won MVP of the entire tournament as a 6 year old boy against 8 and 9 year olds! I was so proud!
