What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Jonah loves the confidence he feels while he plays! He changes into a different person on the field; strong and aggressive. He loves challenging himself and growing each year.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Jonah is inspired by his faith and his favorite players! He trusts God has a plan for him and knows he will continue to grow stronger. Jonah football number is 86 after his favorite player, Hines Ward!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Jonah has always been fighting for the things he wants. He has to work a little harder to be “seen” because of his birth/ challenges. During one of his Jv football games, he was playing a defensive end. He stripped the ball and got a Sac! His teammates charged and field, and he was “seen!”
