Jonathan just completed his Jr. year at POLAHS. He helped his team win Division 2 Championship. He was named CIF Player of the Year.

Jonathan is a team player, He plays with dignity and his character shines on the field. He is humble, and encourages his whole team to be the best version of themselves on and off the field. He loves to build others up. He loves the game. Most important, he loves being apart of a team that has become a brotherhood in our community.
His grandpa passed away 4 years ago from Covid. He was his number 1 fan. Never missed a game. Always cheering him on. He was his biggest inspiration. Each day before a game, Jonathan has a moment of silence and a prayer in remembrance of his grandpa.
There’s many proud moments I can share. His batting average, his pitching, his defense…. I can go on and on. The thing I am most proud of, is how humble, well mannered he has maintained even after the accomplishments and attention he has gotten. He is the most unselfish person I know. He is always encouraging everyone around him to be the best version of himself.
