At the age of 5 Joseph lost his sister (11 months old) and her determination in life has been a major inspiration in his life. He was introduced to hockey right at birth with his older brothers playing the game, also we had season tickets for A junior A hockey team in Canmore. Soccer was introduced by his father who coached him for many years ( a native pride to play) .
2024 a big tournament in Kamloops , Joseph was a member of the North Island Bears (as #5 def) . The team pushed hard in the semi finals and ended wining the game but losing there Captain and 2 dmen . Joseph’s game elevated 10 fold and ended up playing a major role. The game went into overtime the first set of 3 players went out no success, Joseph got his chance made a huge pass and they scored. The win was a monumental win and will never be forgotten!
