What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

My son loves playing soccer because it makes him feel energetic and happy. He enjoys running on the field, being part of a team, and scoring goals. It gives him confidence and helps him make friends. He also likes learning new skills and improving with each game. Soccer teaches him discipline, teamwork, and how to never give up. Most of all, he just loves having fun while playing a sport he’s passionate about.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Off t he field my son inspired by his coaches who always encourage him to do his best and teaching him to believe himself. He also looks up to his family especially his Mom and Dad-who supports him in at every game and reminds him at the hard work and kindness matter the most. Their love and believe in him motivating him to keep growing on and off the field.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One moment in my son athletic journey was when he sees a young professional soccer player who looks like him his eyes lit up with excitement and he said I want to play just like him one day. Seeing someone reflecting his background and dreams him feel seen and inspired. Its powerful to witness that connection it fueled his passion and showed him that he belongs in the sport.
