Joshua loves the drive and the feeling he gets when he’s on the field that he’s doing something important. Day in and out it’s football ; even if it’s him in the back yard running drills before practice and after , in the living room , playing the game or just watching plays online. He is very admin about being the absolute best he can be . His drive to learn more and teach more to kids that haven’t played before is truly amazing.
Every time I have asked Joshua who inspires him he always says that he does everything to make me proud. As a single mother Joshua have been that light for me every step of the way . He also says that he have to make a difference because he’s the big brother so he’s determine to show his siblings the way .
The moment that made me proud is when Joshua was given the ball unexpectedly and scored a touchdown and he’s been running the ball ever since. He makes sure he blows me a kiss when the job is done. After being diagnosed with adhd football is his outlet . Although football is his dream and passion he also loves school and he knows education first .
