Josh loves football because it allows him to see what working hard and pushing your self along with your teammates can do . When the season is over it’s bittersweet until the start of the next year.
As Joshua’s dad I’d like to think it’s me but honestly it’s my wife -Kameela. I spend a lot of time taking Joshua to and from practice but hearing his mom’s voice cheering him on drives him even more . Nothing like a mom cheering you on for making a tackle or better yet a sack .
Joshua was on a little league team that went undefeated and won the championship 2 years in a row . The coaches felt they needed a change and decided to start a new team and join a new league recruiting what they felt were better players vs the players that got them here. Joshua was a 2 year starter who went to backup . He showed up to practice everyday , took his hits and earned his way back In the starting lineup mid season . This showed his consistency, dedication, determination and resilence
