What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Flag Football: Joshua wanted to make NFL plays early but he was too young. Football: Now, he thrives on the field, doing whatever it takes to get his team that touchdown! Basketball: He loves playing with friends who share his passion for the game. Wrestling: The intensity, the energy Joshua lives for it. 7v7: Nothing better than juking defenders and having fun doing it. 3v3 Streetball: That’s his playground. Joshua lights up every time he steps on that blacktop.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Joshua draws his inspiration from his father, who trains with him every single day—pushing him, guiding him, and believing in him. My dad always says play hard play smart. Every day we train, he reminds me it’s not just about strength, it’s about heart and focus too.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Joshua will never forget that moment his very first touchdown. It happened at Greer Park, and the excitement in his heart was unmatched. This wasn’t just a personal victory it was the team’s last score of the game, the momentum shift they needed. In that moment, everything he had worked for the early mornings, late practices, every ounce of effort it all paid off. That was his ‘remember this forever’ moment, and he felt it deep in his soul.
