My family inspires me because of all the sacrifices they make for me. From late night games and practices to doctor’s visits, they are always there. My dad,mom, and brothers truly believe in me. Day in and day out, they have always been there for me. Whenever I’m down, they always pick me back up. If I have a bad play on the field, they always find a way to coach and motivate me to do better on the next play. Good and bad days, my family is and will always be my inspiration.
The moment that stands out for us the most is before, during and after every game, Joshua looks for family in the stands and has the biggest smile on his face. He makes a point to know where we’re sitting. After a great or bad play he will look to the stands for support that we always give him. The “I love you” sign always gets him back in the game. Joshua is always there to help a teammate. Anyone can see it in his eyes and actions that football is more than just a game— It’s a brotherhood.
