Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Zach Martin inspires me both on and off the field. On the field, he's one of the most consistent and dominant offensive linemen in the NFL. His work ethic, discipline, and technique show what it means to be a true professional. He doesn't always get the spotlight, but he plays one of the most important roles on the team, and he does it at an elite level year after year. Off the field, what inspires me most is his leadership and humility. He's not a flashy player-he leads by example.

What makes me most proud in my child's athletic journey isn't just the wins or the big plays-it's the growth I've seen along the way. I'm proud of his work ethic, how he show up to practice even when it's tough, how he push himself to get better, and how he handle both success and setbacks with maturity. I've seen him learn what it means to be part of a team, to lead by example, and to support others even when things don't go their way. Watching him grow in confidence, discipline.
