My family, they’re the ones who’ve been there from the very beginning. In the stands no matter the weather, cheering loud when I hit a home run and just as loud when I strike out. Through the good times and the tough times, they’ve been my biggest supporters giving me the strength to keep pushing through and moving forward.
There are so many moments I could choose from. If I had to pick just one moment that makes me the proudest, it wasn’t a home run or a game winning play, it was the day he attempted to steal 3rd base and got out. He went back to the dugout, kept his composure, he brushed off that error and continued to cheer his teammates on with high energy.
