Justin is amazing on and off the field. He trains, volunteers, and keeps his eye on the prize. He’s a leader and all around great kid.

Justin loves being a team leader and excelling at the sport he loves. He enjoys playing, teaching, and watching the game and he continues to do so with a winning attitude. He’s a team is like a family, and he enjoys playing while cheering on his teammates.
Justin’s idol is Aaron Judge from the NY Yankees. He is amazed by how down to earth and kind Aaron is, and he is impressed by his generosity and philanthropy. Judge’s ability on the field is very impressive and something that Justin aspires to reach. He is an incredible role model and an equally impressive athlete.
Justin plays on a travel team and one week we were in Tennessee for a tournament. Justin plays first base, and he dove for a ball aiming in his direction. By doing so, he popped his shoulder out of its socket. Despite the incredible pain, he allowed his coach to pop the shoulder back into place and he continued to play. He was in discomfort but he didn’t allow himself to sit out for the rest of the tournament. Justin amazed his coaches and teammates, as well as his incredibly proud family.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
