He loves being able to continue learning his skills, while specializing in specific positions that will benefit not only him, but his team. He also likes being able to overcome any weakness he may have or mistakes he makes. Once the game is over, he immediately researches solutions to whatever issue arose, and quickly implements the corrections. He knows this is all part of positive growth.
Kai really admires his coaches for the effort and mentorship they provide. He has strong family values as well, but the people that inspire him the most are his teammates. He gives 110% to ensure he never lets them down.
Kai has always prided himself on hard work and extra effort. Many times, he may be one of the people on the team you want making the big play. That being said, on numerous occasions I have watched him allow; even set up opportunities for his teammates to stand out and shine. He truly is the epitome of a team player!
