He has a love for the friendships his built throughout the years, and building new connections. He loves the competition, he thrives off playing against teams that more skilled then him, he says it makes him want to play hard and learn more.
He has said that he is inspired by many people, 2 of his coaches are ex-pro volleyball players, so he looks up to them for their skill level and expertise, He as always looked up to his older brother who gave him his love of the sport and let tag along to games and practices when he was too young to play.
One of my proudest moments was during the volleyball Nationals tournament in Alberta, while is team was losing in the gold match game he continued to try is hardest to keep everyone's sprits up, and after told me he still had fun even tho they lost, because he got to play against a team of that caliber.
