What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I feel like she loves basketball because of the teamwork aspect of it. Coming together as a unit to achieve the same goal. Working as one and the lessons it teaches on and off the court.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Herself. She finds inspiration from herself and getting better as not just an athlete but as a person. She never wants to be compared to her peers.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

It’s hard to pick just one moment, but one I can say sticks out is when her team went to the final four to try and be state champions and they fought tough competition but never gave up
