Receive Text UpdatesKayla loves playing each of her sports for different reasons. Her main reasons are that she loves the joy of physical activity, the thrill of competition, the development of skills and confidence, and the social connections forged through teamwork.
Her main inspiration is her own passion for the different sports she enjoys. Having great coaches throughout her sports journeys is also a major inspiration for her. She has also always said having parents that encourage her to do her best and playing any sport is possible if she puts her mind and heart into it.
A moment that has made us proud as parents for Kayla is watching her compete no matter what. She has been sick during cheer comps and during football games and still goes out there and gives it her all. She has never missed a cheer comp or football game. She is truly an amazing athlete and watching other peers look up to her and say they wish they could have as much drive for sports is truly amazing. She tells everyone boy or girl just put your heart into it.
