Kayla loves the bond she has with her teammates and coaches both on and off the field. She love the lessons she learns and traveling she gets to do with them all. She is dedicated and it shows with her growth on and off the field.
She loves all the “big sisters” and mentors that she made relationships with. Her coach who passed away 2 years ago (Gary Fausett) was her biggest supporter and she plays for Gary to continue to make him proud! P4G (Play4Gary) is her motto she lives by.
Kayla has never been the most skilled but she has worked hard to go from never playing on the field to earning a starting spot at 2nd base. She works everyday on her skill and learning the game. She dedicates herself to being the best teammate she can be. Watching her play makes all the lessons, time and money worth it all.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
