Kaylen is motivated most by the continual challenge of progression through gymnastic skill difficulty. Her drive to achieve proficiency in a culture of instant gratification is rare. Her obsession to compete at the highest level has consistently renewed her joy in competing throughout the long practice season. The camaraderie has solidified her passion for the sport however equaling her infatuation with success on the podium.
Her older sister has been her greatest inspiration. First hand experience with success has joined them together in an unbreakable bond of aspiring to the peak of the sport. Kaylen has learned many techniques and distinguishing advice to increase her performance. Overall Avery’s attitude of how to conduct herself has been a must.
Her recent bouts with illnesses to stand on top of the 2024 podium. Another stint with pneumonia this year to battle back to defend her 2025 state title had proven her grit and determination to perennial success.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
