He loves the friendships between him and his teammates. He also loves the challenges he faces while trying to succeed.


Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He doesn’t really find inspiration in specific athletes. The love of the game is what really drives him.


What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

What makes us the proudest is the fact that after he battled cancer he has never let that hinder him. He has pushed through everything thrown at him. Even when he was going through treatments he continued to play basketball and baseball.
