What I love most about gymnastics is the grind. It constantly pushes me to grow—mentally and physically. Whether it’s learning new skills or competing under pressure, the sport demands focus, discipline, and heart. There’s nothing more rewarding than chasing big goals and achieving them alongside incredible teammates and coaches.
I’m inspired by my coaches and teammates who show up every day with passion and drive—both in the gym and in life. Their dedication and positivity push me to give my best. Knowing my coaches, teammates, and family believe in me gives me the confidence to chase my goals and dream big.
This past season, Kendall battled injuries but stayed focused and qualified for Nationals - her top goal. Weeks before nationals, she broke her foot. After consulting her doctor, she was released to modify her routines. Her discipline with rehab, nutrition, and mindset was incredible. Her performance at Nationals showed why her coaches named her the “most gritty.” Nothing was stopping her from competing. Seeing her fight for her goal while maintaining a positive mindset made us so proud of her.
