What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Kenny loves to compete in any sport, but what really drives him is the process. He enjoys the training, the preparation, and the grind that leads up to competition day. He takes pride in showing up ready and proving his hard work. He loves learning the rules, mastering strategies, and finding new workouts that make him stronger and faster. For Kenny, it’s not just about the win, it’s about the journey that gets him there.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Kenny is inspired by the GOATs, he listens to Ray Lewis on effort and Kobe Bryant on the Mamba mentality, both emphasizing preparation and mindset. He studies what it takes to be great and puts that into practice daily. But he’s also self-motivated and driven from within. Above all, he works hard to make his mom and dad proud, knowing that character off the field matters just as much as performance on it.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One track season, Kenny was winning every race until he placed 2nd in the 100m. After a long, hot day, he got home and immediately started running hill sprints on his own. That moment showed us what truly makes Kenny special, his relentless work ethic and self-motivation. He doesn’t wait to be told, he sets his own standard, and he wants to earn it. That drive is what makes us most proud.
