As her mom, I see her light up on the field. She loves the strategy, the teamwork, and the challenge of mastering every position from left field to short stop. The thrill of a perfect hit or a game-saving play, that's what fuels her passion. It's more than just a game; it's where she feels most alive.
Kierra has once told us that her dad and I inspire her, which means the world. Her dad is always there, helping her refine her skills outside of practice, and he offers a unique perspective, drawing from our shared experience in the sport. While I will always be there giving her pep talks and helping her fix the little things. Kierra knows that, no matter what, we'll both always be her biggest fans at every game and event.
Seeing Kierra's hitting and fielding improve so much that she moved to the top 4 in the batting lineup and started playing more aggressive positions was an incredibly proud moment. It showed her hard work and dedication really paid off!
