Kingston loves how hard he has to work to be successful in the game. He loves that it’s a team sport and every position on the field and every batter in the line up matters. He enjoys cheering on his teammates and lifting them up when they need it as well. He loves that his teammates do the same for him. Kingston been the lead off hitter since T-ball and he loves the challenge of setting the tone for the start of the game.
Kingston feels his coaches inspire him most because they spend a lot of time working with him and his teammates to help them be the best they can be. They push them to see their full potential and never let them settle. He also feels they inspire him because they are leading by example and not only making them great ball players, but young men. He loves that they pray for their team.
Kingston was selected to represent the USA on team Usssa blue 12u in Spain in March of 2025. He faced great pitchers from all over and finished the tournament as the overall tournament MVP batting a .786 with an obp of .833. He is not a pitcher but handles big moments with ease and was brought in to close the game and secure a championship win of 10-8 over Catalunya, Spain with a final strikeout. Everyone was so excited running over to him and he said he didn’t win this game, WE won it!
